Do I need an account to access the Bizzdesign Academy?
No, you can visit the Academy without an account and view the Free courses. However if you are enrolled into a paid course you must login to your account to see your courses.
How do I navigate back to the dashboard?
Navigate back by clicking the Bizzdesign Academy logo in the top-left of your screen or click the Menu button in the top-right of your screen and select My Dashboard.
Where can I see my courses overview?
The Course Overview section is always on the landing page / homepage. The courses are categorized in 1. My courses, 2. Free courses, 3. eLearning. The first tab called 'My courses' shows all courses that you are actively enrolled in, both eLearning or instructor-led. The second tab 'Free' has all the courses that are freely accessible. The third tab 'eLearning' shows all eLearning courses that Bizzdesign offers. Those you are not (yet) enrolled in can be accessed here with an Access Key or purchased.
Go to 'My profile' via the menu in the top-right of the page, then click on 'Password' and click 'reset password'.
Where do I get support for the Horizzon platform?
The Horizzon platform has a separate Resource Center where you can find the answers to most of the questions. Be sure to check out the free Horizzon tutorials or visit the support pages on Horizzon https://support.bizzdesign.com/display/knowledge/HoriZZon.
How do I get access to the Bizzdesign Horizzon Platform?
If you or your employers have obtained licenses you can login to your own production environment. For training purposes we do provide access to a practise Hoirzzon SaaS environment upon request.
Are there Horrizon training course available?
We have FREE tutorials available based on your role in the Bizzdesign Horizzon platform. You can access these tutorials via the 'Free courses' tab on the homepage as well as the Resource Center in the Horizzon platform.
Can I use Single Sign On (SSO)?
Only if your company has activated SSO you will be able to use it to access the Bizzdesign Horizzon Platform.
Yes, for eLearning training course the activity completion status-bar will show at the top of your course.
How do I access my training course?

My training course does not appear in the 'Course overview'. What do I do?
The courses are categorized in 1. My courses, 2. Free courses, 3. eLearning. Click on the concerning tab and select the course that you want to take. Courses that you are enrolled in will have a blue 'START' button. if in doubt please contact us.
How can I enroll in more courses?
All available eLearning courses are under the eLearning tab on the homepage. Click on the concerning tab and select the course that you want to take. Courses that you can purchase have a red 'ENROLL' button.
I have an access key. How do I use it?
In the 'Course Overview' section, go to the 'eLearning' tab. Click on the Enroll buttonconcerning the eLearning course. You will be directed to the enrollment page. Here, you can select an enrollment method. Choose the option 'I have an access key'. A field will appear for you to enter the access key. Click Submit. You will now be taken directly to the course page.
How do I obtain my access key to enroll in the course?
A contact within your team or a team leader has received the access key instructions.
Is the access key for one-time use, or can it be reused for multiple enrollments?
One access key holds multiple seats for an eLearning course to be distributed internally to all intended participants. Each time an individual uses the access key to enroll in the course, one of the purchased seats is occupied.
What should I do if my access key is not working?
You can check if you have incorrectly added a space before or after your access key and if you are on the correct course URL. Please try the URL mentioned in your access key instructions document and the corresponding course currently listed under 'All Courses'. If the problem persists, please contact us.
How long will my access key be valid once activated?
You have one year from enrolling in a course with an access key to complete it.
Are there any restrictions or limitations associated with using the access key?
The access key will grant you access to one eLearning course.
Can I transfer my access key to another individual if I cannot use it?
Once you have used your access key to enroll in a course, it is no longer transferable to another individual.
You only need to enter your access key once. After you log in, you can access the course immediately (for one year).
We offer a certificate of completion for all our training courses. Once you have successfully completed the eLearning or attended the instructor-led course you can download the certificate of completion.
Additionally you can get certified by The Open Group® for ArchiMate® and TOGAF® when you have successfully passed the exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.
How do I get ArchiMate® certified?
In order to get ArchiMate® certified you must complete an accredited course, either classroom or eLearning. Once you have taken the course and studied the materials you can request your examination voucher from the Knowledge Center knowledgecenter@bizzdesign.com. Upon receiving the examination voucher please go to https://certification.opengroup.org/take-exam and follow the steps. How do I get TOGAF® certified?
In order to get TOGAF® certified you must complete an accredited course. Once you have taken the course and studied the materials you can request your examination voucher from the Knowledge Center knowledgecenter@bizzdesign.com. How do I get BPM OCEB2 certified?
We no longer offer the examination training course for OCEB2. Please visit https://www.omg.org/oceb-2/ for more details on the exam materials. Go to https://home.pearsonvue.com/omg/onvue to buy and schedule your exam via the Object Management Group (OMG).
How long is the exam voucher valid?
You have 12 months to schedule and take the exam after you have received the examination voucher.
I failed my exam, do I get a retake?
When you fail the certification exam you get 1 free retake. Please email the Knowledge Center knowledgecenter@bizzdesign.com and it must include your score report that you have received from The Open Group®, proving your first attempt, in order for your retake to be granted.
You can either make an appointment at a Pearson Vue test center or take it online. When you schedule your exam you will be presented with the option to choose. For more details please visit https://www.opengroup.org/certifications/faqs.
How do I get support during an eLearning training course?
Generally the articles from the support pages (https://support.bizzdesign.com/display/knowledge) will help you through all of the materials step-by-step. However, if you experience (technical) difficulties during the eLearning that you cannot resolve, please contact us for assistance.
How do I get support with an IT issue?
In case you need specific IT Support, please get your administrative contact to log a support ticket at https://service.bizzdesign.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1.
Does the Academy content work on Mac devices?
We cannot guarantee full functionality on Apple devices.
The browsers that best support the Academy environment are Firefox and Chrome.
